As per the current scenario, In the hiring industry, people are getting selected for internships/jobs based on their academic score, ability to solve the quantitative, verbal based problem.
But, there a few individuals who work so hard to build projects from their domain, learn new technologies, they do not get rewarded for their work, for their achievements.
Now the question is, Why an individual is not getting judged based on their work?
To answer this question,
Let’s first go through what an Individual needs to showcase their work and receive feedback on the projects they have built.
- A platform where they could be able to list down all their work. It can be anything, an app, website, blog/article, essay, poster design, logo design, photograph.
- A platform where they could be able to get feedback on their works from colleagues, industry people, companies.
